We can offer unbiased advice on what is most suitable for your vehicle because we aren’t tied to one brand, and you never get an off the shelf, one size fits all recommendation. Our depth of knowledge helps you find the best solution for your car.
Along with supplying differentials for you to fit independently, we also offer in house fitting services to the gearbox or differential. We also work with local garages for a drive in & drive out service.
• Customisable Differentials
Our custom set-up involves taking apart the LSDs and adjusting the number of friction plates, the preload, and the ramp angles.
This gives us the ability to precisely control how the LSD works in the vehicle. Due to variations such as power, weight, tyres, and type of use, custom set-up will help get the absolute best out of the vehicle, and will aid in shaving down lap times.
This service is an option with all plated LSDs, and is provided free of charge when purchasing and fitting an LSD with us. We also offer this service to LSDs not supplied by us, and to LSDs made by manufacturers we don’t stock.
We don’t just offer this service to Limited-Slip Differentials we supply, we can also alter your existing differential so you get the benefits without having to purchase a new LSD. This has been taken advantage of by everyone from road car users, to GT teams and even BMW UK.

In addition to supplying a huge selection of LSDs, we also offer final drive ratio upgrades, close ratio gear kit upgrades, and the supply of sequential gearboxes.
When recommending upgrades, we take into consideration the characteristics of the engine, and motorsport disciplines the car is used in, and various other influencing factors. The suitability of all upgrades is discussed, and you are fully informed of the upsides, and potential downsides of making a change to the gearing.
We have a wealth of information, and various tools to assess the best option for you. One of these tools is our gear calculator, which we have now made freely available for you to try out.
• Gear Calculation
Our free to use tool was developed after years of on track testing found that even professional drivers were constantly changing gear at the wrong RPMs, close ratio gear kits seemed to slow drivers down, and more gears does not necessarily mean faster lap times.
What we found was far more important was matching gear kits to the torque curve of an engine, and then working out exactly what RPM was the best to change gear. We developed a tool to do exactly that. After seeing the advantages it gave our customers, it was released to the public so everyone can drive their best.
• 3D Printing
We offer in house 3D printing from our workshop in Kent / South East London. We print exclusively in a Carbon Fibre composite, which can be reinforced with bands of fibreglass. This gives us extremely light, high strength parts with no comprise. Our pricing is highly competitive, and makes for a low cost rapid prototyping service, or for end use parts.
We have designed and printed a number of parts used on classic cars, or custom vehicles that are no longer available from the manufacturer. Anything from bracketry, to a simple cap can be recreated in strengths to rival that of steel or aluminium.
• CAD design
To compliment our 3D printing service, we offer in house CAD design, where we can create a custom part, or recreate an original part that is no longer available. Our design process is highly transparent, and you are consulted along every step of the way to ensure you get exactly what you need.
Consultancy services are available for diagnosing transmission problems in pre & post production vehicles, and to assist in gearbox and limited-slip differential design.
We can diagnose drivetrain noise, vibrations, reverberations, and the cause of component failure in production vehicles, and assist the manufacturer in rectifying issues. This is mainly done via an initial description of the issue, road tests and then disassembling the gearbox and / or axle. Once we find the source of the issue we also advise on how it can be rectified. A number of vehicle manufacturers including Ford & Suzuki have used this service.
